Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Leh
Welcome to Leh. You’ll be greeted and assisted to your hotel from the airport. The rest day would be for rest and acclimatization. Later enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Leh to Sham Valley
After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your journey towards Sham Valley on the Leh-Kargil Highway. We’ll be visiting Thikse Monastery, Shey Monastery, and the Sindhu Ghat. We’ll also be visiting ‘Rancho’s School’ in the movie ‘3 Idiots’. After this visit Hall of Fame, a museum constructed by the Indian Army, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and Magnetic Hill. Also, we’ll visit Spituk Monastery which dates back to the 15th Century. Later have your dinner and have a rest at your hotel.
Day 3: Sham Valley to Leh
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your journey toward Leh. On the route, we’ll visit Lamayuru and oldest existing monastery in the region. This monastery dates back to the 11th Century and exhibits collections of wall paintings and statues from the past era. The history of the place is very rich, absorbing the peace and its beauty. Later we’ll start our journey toward Leh and visit Alchi Gompa. After that, check-in at your hotel, have rest and dinner at your hotel
Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley
After having your breakfast, start your journey toward Nubra Valley. You’ll be traveling through the world’s highest motorable road ie. Khardung La. Take some pics for your memories at Khardung La and then proceed towards your journey to Nubra Valley. In between, you’ll be mesmerized by the beauty of the Ladakh region. On arrival, you’ll be exposed to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can also have some fun by riding the camels in that region. After this in the evening check in at your hotel and spend the night leisurely.
Day 5: Nubra to Leh
Today after having your breakfast, firstly you’ll visit Diskit Monastery. This monastery dates back to the 14th century and is historical. After that, you’ll start again your journey back to Leh. Later in the evening, you can take a stroll around the Local Market. Have rest and dinner at your hotel.
Day 6: Leh- Pangong Lake
After having your delicious breakfast, start your journey toward Pangong Lake. During your journey, you’ll visit Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh. At this place, the movie ‘3 idiots’ was shot. Further, you’ll be halting at Thiksey Monastery. You’ll be driven from the beautiful Chang La. You’ll be passing through a few small villages and then entering Pangong Lake. Check-in at your camp and have some rest. Later take a stroll around the extravagant beauty of nature.
Day 7: Pangong Lake to Leh
After having your breakfast, check out from the camp and explore the beauty of the lake one more time. Click some pictures for your memory and then start your journey back. During your journey, you’ll visit Hemis Gompa. Later on, on your arrival at Leh, check-in at your hotel and have dinner.
Day 8: Departure
After having your breakfast let’s proceed towards Tso- Moriri Lake. Located near the beautiful Rupshu Valley in solitude Tso-Moriri is picturesquely beautiful. Check in your camps and absorb the peace and beauty of the place.
Day 9: Tso Moriri to Leh
Today wake up to the most beautiful morning of yours. Have your breakfast and start your journey back to Leh. You’ll visit Chumathang hot springs and the Mahe Bridge. After that, you’ll check in at your hotel in Leh. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. You can go on a shopping spree in the evening. Dinner and an overnight stay will follow.
Day 10: Departure
Today after having your breakfast, collect your memories, check out from the hotel, and proceed towards the Leh Airport.
